GENERAL AGREEMENT
✦ You must be 18+ or have permission from a legal guardian.
✦ You confirm that you have the rights to use any references, characters, or materials you provide.
✦ You are responsible for clear communication and final approvals during the process.
✦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.All artwork is created digitally and delivered as a high-resolution PNG file (unless otherwise discussed).PAYMENT
✦ Payment is accepted via PayPal invoice in USD.
✦ 100% full prepayment is required before work begins.
✦ Partial payments may be accepted only to reserve a queue slot. Work starts after full payment.
✦ Do not send money before receiving an invoice.
✦ Invoices must be paid within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.
✦ No physical items will be shipped — all commissions are digital.
✦ Chargebacks are not allowed. If there is an issue, please contact me first.PROCESS & TIMELINE
✦ A clear visual reference (character reference, 3D model screenshots or/and previous atworks of the character) is required. I do not work from text(+photos) descriptions alone. I currently do not offer custom design work.
✦ You will receive a sketch for approval before I proceed to rendering.
✦ Timeline depends on workload and complexity. Delays may happen — if so, I will inform you.REVISIONS
✦ Major changes must be made during the sketch stage.
✦ Color corrections must be made during the flat color stage.
✦ After approval of the sketch, only minor changes and lineart adjustments are allowed.
✦ One minor correction is free at later (render) stages.
✦ Additional changes cost $10 per small edit.
✦ If a sketch is rejected and requires a full redraw, I reserve the right to reuse or modify the rejected concept/pose.COPYRIGHT & USAGE
I retain full copyright to all commissioned artwork.✦ I may post the artwork in my portfolio, social media, galleries, artbooks, prints, etc.
✦ I may use work-in-progress or rejected sketches (without infringing your character ownership).
✦ I will NOT recolor or resell your exact commission to other clients.
✦ I will NOT repurpose your commission for unrelated projects.Personal Use
✦ You may use the artwork as profile pictures, banners, social media posts (with credit).
✦ You may print for personal use.
✦ You may display it on personal websites (non-commercial).
✦ You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.
✦ You may NOT remove my signature (if present).
✦ You may NOT use it for profit.
✦ Credit must be given whenever possible.Commercial Use
✦ Commercial use is not included by default.
✦ Commercial use includes merchandise, branding, advertising, monetized content, and any profit-generating activity.
✦ Commercial rights must be discussed and paid separately.
✦ For original branding designs, rights transfer terms will be clarified individually.REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
✦ If I have not started the sketch full refund is possible.
✦ After sketch approval up to 50% refund may be issued.
✦ Once artwork is fully completed and delivered - no refunds .
✦ If I am unable to complete the commission for serious reasons, you may receive a full or partial refund depending on progress.CONFIDENTIALITY
✦ Any private information shared during the commission process will remain confidential and not be disclosed.AI & MACHINE LEARNING
✦ My artwork may NOT be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, image generators, AI prompts, NFT, blockchain, or related technologies.
✦ This applies whether the artwork was paid for, gifted, or publicly posted.
✦ Violation will result in immediate revocation of usage rights and possible copyright action.LIABILITY & ACCEPTANCE
✦ You confirm you have the rights to all materials you provide.
✦ You are responsible for how you use the artwork.
✦ If an issue occurs due to my mistake, I will work with you to resolve it professionally.
✦ By sending payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
