By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.
-----------------------------------------------------✦ Payments are accepted via PayPal / Wise in USD.
✦ You will always receive a sketch for approval before the final artwork is completed. If the initial sketch is rejected and a complete redraw is required, I reserve the right to keep, modify, and use the rejected sketch/pose in any way I see fit.
✦ All commissions are created digitally. You will receive a high-resolution PNG file upon completion. If you prefer the file to be sent via email, please request it.
✦ I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork.
✦ I have the right to upload commissioned work to my galleries and include it in prints, artbooks, portfolios, etc. HOWEVER I will not recolor or repurpose your commission for other clients or unrelated projects, ensuring your commission remains unique to you.PERSONAL USE vs. COMMERCIAL USE
✦ Personal Use: Includes using the artwork for profile pictures, personal prints, or sharing on social media with credit.
✦ Commercial Use: Includes use in merchandise, advertising, promotional materials, branding, and any profit-generating activity.
✦ You may use the commissioned piece for PERSONAL/NON-COMMERCIAL purposes only (e.g., uploading a web version to your gallery, using it as an avatar, printing for personal use, etc.).
✦ If you intend to use the artwork commercially, additional fees will apply.REFUNDS
✦ No refunds will be issued once commission has fully finished and the art sent.
✦ If I have not started your sketch, you can cancel the commission and get full payment back.
✦ Once you agree with the sketch, I continue and finish the work. After the sketch approval I can refund you half of the price. Work and my time to be paid.
✦ All possible corrections or additions to the picture are to made at the stage of sketch (shape correction) and flat color (color correction). If this is a later stage - one change for free ; extra changes - 10 USD per mini change.
