TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.-----------------------------------------------------✦ Payment can be made via PayPal / CashApp in USD.✦ You will always get a Sketch to approve your Commission before I finish your picture.✦ If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.✦ All Commissions are done DIGITAL and you will receive a PNG High-Resolution. Also I can send File on your e-mail if you want it - ask me.✦ The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)!✦ I have the right to upload the Commission to my galleries and use if for prints in artbooks, portfolios etc. (However, I will not recolor your commission for other people or things like that, I respect your commission as yours, of course.)REFUNDS✦ If I have not started your sketch, you can cancel the commission and get full payment back.✦ Once you agree with the sketch, I continue and finish the work. If the FULL work is finished, I do not return the money. After the sketch approval I can return you half of the amount. Work and my time to be paid.✦ Also possible corrections or additions to the picture are to made at the stage of sketch (shape correction) and flat color (color correction). If this is a later stage - one change for free ; extra changes - 10 USD per mini change.
